Presentazione

Dopo una lunga esperienza in ambito editoriale, l'agenzia Studio Letterario ALeF nasce a Milano nel 2009 con il compito di promuovere le opere degli autori rappresentati presso le case editrici italiane, curandone anche l'aspetto promozionale, presentazioni ed eventi collegati.
Inoltre rappresenta editori, autori e agenti letterari a livello mondiale.
L'attività di business è rivolta all'editoria tradizionale, ma non mancano accenni alle tecnologie digitali, come l'e-Book per opere di divulgazione, e a nuovi canali di promozione del libro.
Oltre a trattare la general fiction e la non-fiction, particolare attenzione è rivolta alla saggistica universitaria e alle letterature asiatiche.

I was born in Milan and after graduating I began working in retail book-market carrying out a variety of jobs.
From 1993 to 1994 I worked for some important publishers as the manager of the Academic Book Department, my task being to get in touch with professors of humanities.
My own education and my moving in the academic world and my own education spurred me to become a literary agent in 2009, when I founded Studio Letterario ALeF, which is focused on trade market, general fiction & non-fiction, and pays particular attention to academic textbooks and the literatures of Asian countries.
At the moment the business rests on publishing on paper, but there are hints of digital technologies and new ways to promote the book.
